The present principal, Thys Basson is an active property consultant since 1997.

Because of growth in our activities the Company “Copper Sunset Trading 68 (Pty) Ltd” was established early in 2006, and successfully trade as “PROTERRA Properties”

M.H.M. (Thys) Basson of PROTERRA Properties, is director and principal of the company with fellow directors C.J. (Conrad) Basson, (both Piketberg) and H.C.J. (Johan) Rossouw (Paarl)

Apart from the normal trading in agricultural, residential and commercial properties, we also focus on development properties and land for development. We therefore have an extensive portfolio of such properties in the Western Cape, also on the popular West Coast seaboard

The Company handles the whole spectrum of properties, it is sales and rentals and has an extensive portfolio of commercial and development properties as well and is well-known as agricultural property specialists.
